We require 1 - 2 business days to process, prepare and package your
order. Sometimes processing is done much faster and we can dispatch the
same day that the order is placed.
Once the package is with our couriers you can expect delivery within the next 24 - 48 hours.
Every order is charged a delivery fee of R89. We deliver to your
doorstep. A tracking number will be emailed so that you can track
your order delivery progress online until it reaches you. Outlying areas
outside of KZN, Gauteng or Western Cape might take a day longer.

you're unhappy with your purchase for any reason, simply return it to us
for a refund, store credit or exchange. If you’re based in Gauteng, you
can also drop off your return at any of our stores!
