This JDM (Japanese Domestic Market) model is designed in collaboration with Mr. Hisashi Kishi, the head bartender of STAR BAR in Tokyo's Ginza district. It features a versatile 40.5mm Stainless Steel Case with a polished finish that reflects the sophisticated atmosphere of a high-end lounge.The centerpiece of this timepiece is its Sky Blue Radiation Dial, which features a delicate, pressed sunray pattern that mimics the light refracting through a cocktail glass. The ice-blue hue is paired with sharp, multi-faceted indices and dauphine hands that provide excellent legibility and a luxurious aesthetic. Protecting the dial is a Box-shaped Hardlex Crystal, which adds a vintage-inspired "bubble" silhouette and enhances the dial's light-catching properties.Powering the SARY161 is the reliable in-house Seiko Caliber 4R35 Automatic Movement. This 23-jewel mechanical engine offers a 41-hour power reserve and includes both manual winding and hacking seconds functionality. The movement’s operation is visible through a See-through Screw Case Back, showcasing Seiko’s industrial mechanical artistry.
