The WILBERRYS Auction has been re-invented to make it easier to join in and start bidding!

Simply register to start bidding! A username will automatically be generated for you.
It only takes a few seconds, and you’re all set to go! It is FREE to register and bid!

Rules & Terms

Auctions feature luxury goods that open from R1 or more and will be sold to the highest bidder.

You have to register in order to participate and place bids. It is FREE of charge to register and bid!

All auction items are BRAND NEW unless otherwise stated in the description.

Auctions are sold with original retail packaging exactly as bought from a store unless specified.

All items are 100% AUTHENTIC / GENUINE

You can place your bid by entering an amount on the auction page. If you are leading the bidding, your username will appear on the bid list. 

Once an auction has ended, the winning bidder will be notified to complete the sale online.

You can also check auction status under AUCTIONS >> BIDS or the MY WINNINGS link.

A CHECKOUT/PAYNOW button will appear for the winning bidder on the item page.

The winning bidder has 48 hours to complete payment online.

Payment accepted via credit card (PayFast), EFT/Cash Deposit, PAYJUSTNOW etc. 

Delivery nationwide via courier — expect delivery within 24–48 hours after payment (excl. weekends/public holidays) for all items unless otherwise specified in the description. 

The delivery fee is charged per item won

Auctions automatically extend if last-minute bids are placed.

Automatic bids are enabled and you can bid up to a maximum value to prevent sniper bids.

All bids include VAT.

0% AUCTION FEES FOR THE MONTH OF JUNE. Normally a 9.5% auction service and handling fee is charged at checkout.

Only auction security admins can amend or delete bids — contact support for assistance.

If unhappy with the item, return it within 7 days for a full refund via courier or in-store drop-off.

Warning: Do not bid unless you intend to make payment. Auction accounts may be blocked for non-payment.
